Horrible Service

On Sunday, November 7th at 11:30 I arrived at La Cabana for lunch. I sat on the patio, which was moderately busy and sat patiently until 11:55 waiting for service but received none.
The waitress saw me, made eye contact but ignored me. She waited on others who arrived after I did, never offered me a menu, never took my order, didn't even offer me a glass of water! A bus boy who was cleaning tables saw me and brought me a basket of cold tortilla chips and salsa.
After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally gave up and left. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant - bar none...
