Brakke's Inn is closed but if you google Brakke's Inn the very first response is from a website called Sloshed! An old regular named Dan writes a great article detailing the history of Brakke's Inn and the history of Lancaster, CA itself. An historical footnote: Brakke's Inn is shown at the beginning of an old "Cannon" episode called "Duel in the Desert". Pretty cool. Cheers!
