Worst Experience of My Life!.
I went there because my friend raved about the food and staff. I've ben in the industry for 14 years and am low maintenance. I saw my waitress when she took the order and dropped off the bill. I'd met one of the managers a few weeks ago and was pleased to see him again. He was stand-offish and passed me off with a phony greeting. Not the family atmosphere I expected. At least Iost 8lbs from the colonic they call an omlet.
this place has really good stuff, and the staff was really friendly. I am generally the type of person to not be able to make up my mind pretty quick, and they were patient with me and made sure that i got what i wanted

I've used Melrose Bakery in the last two restaurants that I've managed, and the service and quality of goods cannot be matched in Los Angeles. The owner has delivered bread in person when I've run out, and the taste is beyond compare. Pretzel bread, Cibatta, Rosemary bread, Olive bread, all amazing. if you care what your customers are getting, If your chef wants to match bread to protein, look no further than Melrose Bakery. Seriously.
