Moe is a nut job!. BEWARE! Moe, the owner, is a nut job. I asked for a simple request, to send our flowers in conjunction w/balloons for a client on valentine's day, which they agreed to. When following up on the morning of Valentines I was informed that my request was unreasonable and my order would not be honored.... oh, and that I was an a-hole. When I asked to speak with the manager the person on the phone told me he was the owner, Moe. Fortunately, I was able to call in a favor at another flower shop on Santa Monica and when I picked up the flowers and shared my story with them the cashier informed me that this isn't the first time they had run-off from Moe's with this story. Hopefully this review saves you the aggravation I went through.

Moe's Is Wonderful! So beautiful, I'd like to move in. Gifts always please.. I love Moe's. It's my favorite flower shop in all of Los Angeles. I have never not been delighted from a bouquet from this store. Their boquets are creative, stunning and beautiful. Always five steps in creativity and beauty above all others.

I have never written a review on this system but after reading others reviews I had to participate because my experience has been so different from others on this site. Every time I have a special dinner to go to I stop at Moe's for flowers. They package their boquets so beautifully, every hostess is touched to recieve them.

Worst Mothers Day!. I've used Moe's flowers for Mothers day the past 2 years and have been very happy with the arrangments. This year the flowers were never delevered. After 3 calls and 4 day's later they were finally delivered. The flowers were awfull and old. They died by the end of the day!! My mom was hartbroken. When I called them regarding this the owener told me that it's not his problem! I will never go their for flowers again!!!! Highly NOT!!! Recommended!!!!!

Don't Do it. I have been going to Moe's for several years now. I just put up with the crappy service because of the quality of the arrangements. But this Valentine's Day they disappointed me so much that I will NEVER go there again. I orderded two arrangements. Not only did they delivered the flowers one hour passed their delivery window.. they only delivered one. They had no apologies or answers for what happend and it took three follow up calls to ensure I received a credit for the arrangement that was never delivered. Don't go to Moe's.

Moe's Flowers is the best!. The flowers are so beautiful -- and they last longer than any other flowers I've ever purchased. It was almost magical how long they lasted. Also, the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. All the people in the store are super nice.

Owner is Crazy. I did not have a good experience with this shop. When I was in line to buy flowers the owner was yelling at another customer. He was accusing her of trying to steal the flowers while the customer was saying that she wants to pay for them. He ended up throwing the flowers against the wall and destroying them. The customer left in tears. Then the owner took out his anger on one of the girls that work in the shop. I think everyone in the shop left out of fear. The owner is crazy!!

GREAT FLOWERS. I see these poor reviews and I had to sign up and completely disagree. There are tons of great classy flowers and arrangements pre-made. I can stop there any evening since they are open till 9 pm and pick up a last minute gift as I run to a dinner. The flowers that I took to a recent shower, the bride said that they were the most beautiful and unsual flowers that she had ever received. I'm ordering flowers from there today, and I can trust what will be delivered will be fabulous.

Worst Customer Service Imaginable from Owner. I tried to phone in an order and was treated horribly, and by the owner himself! He was curt, rude, and sarcastic. He may have been having a bad day, but the treatment I recieved bordered on racism and abuse. Don't use Moe's- the owner needs a serious attitude readjustment or severe therapy intervention.

Royally messed up my order for my wedding day.. 1 mo. before my wedding I brought in colored pictures of flowers I wanted. I ordered yellow roses & babys breath with green leaves wedding bouquet ($125), 2 bridesmaids bouquets (single roses w/babys breath for 20/per), 5 boutonnieres (15/per) and 2 corsages (20/per). Arrived on my wedding day to find that my bouquet was made out of dead PEACH roses, no babys breath and white leaves. There were NO bridesmaids bouquets made, but SEVEN? boutonnieres and two corsages made of wilted peach roses. Imagine how I felt when I saw this 4 hours before my wedding. They only gave 1 pin per boutonniere, so during the wedding ceremony, my husbands boutonniere was falling sideways. I would never recommend this place for important occasions. NEVER. In fact, I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere w/your business. Stay away from Moes Flowers.
