Very disappointing. French Florist twice delivered very poor quality flowers to my recipients in the LA area. Both times the arrangements were not fresh exhibiting brown flowers upon delivery. One time we thought, ok, they had an off day, but the second time within 4 months? C'mon! I sent a floral birthday cake and it not only looked terrible but it was wilted on arrival and brown and dead in 3 days! I've sent these before from other florists and they've lasted over 2 weeks. Absolutely the worst florist, I would NEVER use them again.

French Florist FTW!!!. French Florist for the win!

Seriously, the best service and the most UN-believable arrangements.

Last Turkey Day all my friends thought I'd paid double what I had for the table arrangements I'd ordered from French Florist. They delivered right to my door all the way in Culver City! The flowers lasted over a week and smelled oh so sweet. I've already ordered for this year and I can't wait to see what they whip up!

i love their floral arrangements. well id just like to defend the store..

i have been there before..and i love the floral arrangements..

if you look at their online website..the arrangements are very nice and beautiful..just like in person..and depending on which design is ordered..is the size of flower stems.. there are a lot of designs with short compact stems cause the vases are smaller.. but that's the design of that arrangement...it all depends on what you pick.. they are like pretty bouquets..and if you want long red stem roses or something like that then that should be ordered......

4 inch stems?!. I got flowers delivered from my boyfriend and when he actually saw them, he freaked, "It's tiny!"

It's true, they cut the stems (or maybe they used already cut leftover flowers) SO SHORT, I couldn't re-arrange them in another vase.

I did call and tell them. And they did send another re-placement. But the replacement was even smaller!

If you want an arrangement that're tiny and you don't ever want to put them in another vase or even to change the water, these people are for you.

Best florist in LA..... In my opinion this is the best florist in LA. They are always friendly and when they say something will be delivered at a certain time it is. It has a great location as well.

MY FAVORITE LA FLORIST!!. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have never been dissatisfied with the beauty, freshness and quality of the flower arrangements I have ordered from this shop. Whether its a gorgeous arrangement for a holiday or even for business associate, The French Florist's unique and colorful arrangements are eye- popping and innovative and their service has never let me down. They always offer great prices and special deals, beyond competitive! I wonder how they do that? The wide selection of creative designs and gift baskets are more exquisite than Ive seen from other local florists. Ive also been fortunate to receive flowers and plants from my favorite little floral shop and Im always (happily) surprised at how long the flowers last! To a flower lover, that kind of freshness and lasting quality is important. Over 20 years, its still MY FAVORITE LA FLORIST! Value, consistency, satisfaction and beauty... it's good to know some things never change.

Solved My Problem. Wrong thing was delivered, and delivered late.

They stepped up to the plate and redelivered the correct flowers the next day.

Really Nice Staff.

Do not waste your money on this florist. I have had 2 arrangements delivered from this place and both were in poor condition. The flowers were dying, beat-up, and the arrangements themselves were nothing spectacular. I finally had to tell the sender that this florist was not somewhere he should spend his money. I didn't say anything before because I wanted to be polite, it is always nice to get floors. Well, he emailed French Florist to let them know he wasn't satisfied and he never received a response. The owner signs the card "101% satisfaction on every order". Ha! You cannot even get a response back after trying to contact them.

Great service, above and beyond!!!. I can't think of another florist who has consistently exceeded my expectations like the French Florist! They have done a great job on every arrangement that I have received, and on the ones I have specified exactly what I wanted. They carried out my wishes with an extra flair that only a great floral designer could achieve!

The French Florist is by far the best at working with me to determine my needs and then fulfilling my requests to the highest standard of quality!!! I will definitely call them again!
