Great service, above and beyond!!! – I can't think of another florist who has consistently exceeded my expectations like the French Florist! They have done a great job on every arrangement that I have received, and on the ones I have specified exactly what I wanted. They carried out my wishes with an extra flair that only a great floral designer could achieve!
The French Florist is by far the best at working with me to determine my needs and then fulfilling my requests to the highest standard of quality!!! I will definitely call them again!
Nice Flowers and nice People! – I used them only twice - I am mostly impressed by how these people are putting 100% commitment to make the client happy - They were really nice on the phone - They even called me back to make sure all was good - I heard the flowers were beautiful - So, I'll use them surely again - As soon as I'll find a new special person to send them to :-)
Best Flowers and Service in Los Angeles. High Class all the way! I used the French Florist for my wedding and WOW!! the flowers were amazing. They showed up with a crew of people early and designed my flower arrangements right there on the sight. they were true artists.

beautiful flowers, great service – I was a first time customer, and i'm definitly going back. i ordered flowers for delivery for my mother's birthday, and they were some of the freshest, most beautiful flowers i've ever seen! i was looking for something origional, and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. she took the time to talk to me about what i want and make suggestions based on my price range and my mom's taste. they arrived on time, and everyone in my mother's office got to see them and tell her how beautiful they were. i will definitly use these guys again and again.
Grrrrrrr. Bumbled order from start to finish. – Husand ordered flowers to arrive on Friday before noon. They didn't come; I got a call from work about flowers arriving, but to someone named "Ursula." Husband called to tell them to redeliver on Monday.
They called and WOKE US UP ON SATURDAY MORNING: "When did you want those delivered?" We were annoyed. "MONDAY." we said.
Then they didn't arrive on Monday at all. They showed up on Tuesday at 11:30 when the tag still read "Deliver by 11:00AM." And they were STILL addressed to someone named Ursula!! and the card had no proper punctuation -- no apostrophe on "Im", etc.
The flowers themselves were your basic FTD stuff, mixed color bouquet with fern. SNORE.
We are SO not using them again.
I'll go back.... – I did have an incident where the flowers I ordered from them on Valentines didn't look that great, however the person who answered the phone did warn me that the roses were not "looking good this year because of the heavy rain." They suggested the tulips, I ordered one of each and realized they were right. I called French Florist back and they took the roses back no problem. They even gave me some more tulips to "make things right." I had a pleasant experiance and will be using them again.
RIPPED OFF ON VALENTINE'S DAY – My boyfriend ordered an arrangement of roses in a vase for $80 and the florist delivered a $40 arrangement of carnations instead! I've heard of flower substitutions but a florist should know the difference between a $80 arrangement vs. a $40 arrangement.
Dead Torn Roses for Valentines – Half-dead, black-around-the-edges, torn roses were sent to me in an ugly silver vase with a heart cut-out. Arrangement itself was very untasteful/awkward as the flowers were odd in height and was mixed with limp/too-long of thin leaves that hung over.
I had never received anything like this so I was upset/embarrassed with comments made by co-workers. I decided to take it back to the store and this one man that worked there was not very smart and kept asking what flowers he can replace them with when I had already stated that I just want a refund. So, this other girl helped me instead with the refund. They didn't apologize and just made the excuse of, "it must have just gotten knocked around in the truck."
Also, when I had let my boyfriend know, he described a completely different arrangement in a different vase that he had ordered.
