Nice place, horrible management and security guard stocker. I'm extremely disappointed in the Chateau Apartment management in regards to controlling their security guard and taking any responsibility for their wrong doings. I had a situation happen in January where supposedly one of my guest pushed the securty guard.

In the lease agreement it states you are responsible for your guest... and I understand the security guard was upset about this situation, but the problem is managment failed to inform me of the situation (they assumed I already knew) and for 6 months the security guard would come by random hours of the night to harass me... not once explaining what had happened. Finally in July the security guard came by for the 4th time at 11 pm at night to ask if a male with a backwards hat was in my place last night... random question right ! ?? I didn't understand why he was asking but had decided I had enough of him and told him I was going to put in a complaint about his harrassment. Finally he then tells me why he's looking for this guy. To make a long store short, I never knew anything bad had ever happened because I was not there, and managment never appologized for anything. They never took any blame for not notifying me in January, and never appologized for the harrassment. Regardless of the great location, and the cute apartment, I'm OUT OF HERE!

P.S. You can't have any guest (not even one) to the pool on weekends. LAME!!
