WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE! DO NOT GO!. I AM A VERY UNDERSTANDING BUT WHEN I HAD 2 DRESSES DRY CLEANED AND I CAME TO PICK THEM UP AND FOUND OUT THEY COST $25 FOR 2 I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I HAVE LIVED IN TWO OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE CITIES IN THE UNITED STATES AND HAVE NEVER PAID THIS MUCH IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHER PEOPLE TO NEVER GO HERE. EVER!!!!!

The BEST of LA cleaners!. I am always on a quest to find "the best" places to go. I found Four Seasons Cleaners many, many years ago and have never gone anywhere else. The owner is so nice and very resourceful too! Anything I ask she can find the solution...fast and at a good price. They recently remodeled the interior and it's looking GREAT! Don't believe any of the negative reviews. I totally trust Four Seasons and so do lots of famous Hollywood stars...I know, because I've seen them there!

So far, my best experience in town. I tried many -so called- high end dry cleaners in town. All of them charge a fortune to dry clean shirts a. Yet, they wouldn't spend 10 seconds to fold and adjust a collar properly (sounds familiar?). One day I decided to try 4 seasons cleaners. I anxiously handed to Nancy (the owner) my favorite Hermes shirt. Well, the result was near perfection. I strongly recommend. I five years, they never lost or damaged anything. Also, prices are great considering the service they deliver.

lost article, bad service,. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCMSTANCES!! THEY LOSE EXPENSIVE CLOTHES AND DO NOT REPLACE THEM. this cleaner lost a $140 pair of shorts i took in to have cleaned. called numerous times. they never called back w/ updates. went into store 4 different times. each time waited for 20 mins while they looked for article, could not find and then promised a call that never came. finally, i was sick of it and bought the same identical shorts from the same store and took them in to be reimbursed. when i got there, i was accused of lying re: the value, lying re: the fact that the shorts were identical, told what i brought in was worthless and had no replacement value and was generally treated poorly. it is not my fault that they lost my clothing. ended up taking $50 for shorts despite the fact that they cost $140. have never been treated as poorly or had a situation not made whole in the way this cleaners did. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. UNLESS U R TAKING SOMETHING THAT U NEVER CARE TO SEE AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst alterations ever!. I took a dress I needed to have altered there for a special occasion because I read all of the good reviews from this site. From the moment I arrived the woman rushed me around and I had ask her to slow down just so she could listen to what I was requesting. I told her I needed the dress 3 days later because I was going out of town and she assured me it would be ready. When I picked it up the women who worked on the dress uncrossed the straps instead of shortening them!! As a result the straps were way too long and the dress looked terrible! One of the men who was working agreed to fix it in a rush (i had to go to the airport later that night). When I came back for it I didn't have time to try it on, I just had to grab it and run. When I finally tried on the dress I saw that instead of correcting their error, the man just shortened the straps!! Because he cut off so much material the dress was completely ruined! I was devastated. I tried calling the owner to tell her what happened and ask for a refund but she totally gave me the run around. She refused to give me a refund even though she saw how the dress was wrecked. When I took my dress here I thought this place was supposed to be professional and have reliable service but I was completely wrong. I never got the $65 back and was left with a ruined dress. I can't vouch for their dry cleaning but DON'T expect to get good results on alterations.

They know what they're doing. I don't take my favorite articles anywhere else. I've had many clothes ruined by crappy cleaners - this is why I drive over 40 miles when I need something special cleaned. They know how to protect your clothes whether by covering delicate areas or removing them completely and re-stitching them afterwards. If you can't afford to take a chance on something special - don't!! They know clothes.

A dry cleaner with integrity. I hardly ever have the claim tickets for our clothes and yet we always get every item I dropped off without trouble. The owner is wonderful that way. I was loyal to another cleaner once but when the owner would not speak with me about a destroyed gorgeous shirt I had worn once I vowed never to return. The owner at Four seasons will take the time to explain questions regarding one's clothes. They have grown and yet there is still a splendid community feeling we seek in our way of life.

Rude and Incompetent. they basically ruined my favorite pants to a unwearable state and evaded liability rudely. not going back there ever again.

How rude!. I was looking for a new dry clean and based on the reviews; I decided to try Four Seasons. The experience was extremely mixed. Some clothes were cleaned well but once I took my clothes home I noticed that one of my shirts had tears in the back of it. When I brought it to their attention, they denied doing it. Then the owner admitted to it (stating it happened during the cleaning process) but said it was my housekeeper's fault (due to how it was previously laundered). She offered to have it fixed (at my expense) then reluctantly offered a $10 discount (note: I had just paid them over $200 as a new customer). Although she admitted the rip occurred during their care, she kept telling me how they were NOT responsible for it. Go with caution; don't expect good customer service or them to take ANY responsibility.

Won't go anywhere else. They're pricey, but absolutely worth it. They've never lost or ruined any of my clothes, very knowledgeable about identifying and treating stains, reliable turnaround time, and are accomodating for quick turnaround requests and lost tickets.

A family owned and operated small business, the service is both efficient and friendly. The owner works on site and has an uncanny ability to remember every customer's name from the first visit.

I've moved from the neighborhood, but can't imagine ever switching cleaners.
