A great salon. This place is for real, and if you want a cut that is a cut above Rudy's. This is the place. No fake citysearch ads here!

What's the Buzz?. Despite its Melrose location and slogan "Not your mom's salon" Buzz Stop is not overly bizarre or out of the ordinary. The service and cut were good and with little frill (exactly what I was looking for). The price was fair, and the service was quick. I walked in and got a cut 15 min later (no one was in yet, as I was a little early). It wasn't busy, but there were a few others there. It might have been busier if it wasn't a weekday morning. If your looking for something that is a step up from a chain store, but don't want the salon hassle, this is the place to go.
