This day spa is so nice. The service is impeccable and they are very attentive to you and your needs...whether its for gift cards or full service appointment.

If you're looking to get pampered with things like jacuzzi, steam room, quiet room..etc this is the place...if you're just looking for a great massage go elsewhere!!!

Ive gone here 4 times just hoping that the next time would be better than the other but it just keeps getting worse. Ive had one therapist complain about the pay and the point system that BW has, another one who was sick (hence the sniffling and coughing through the massage), one that kept hitting my spine during a deep tissue massage and another that shouldn't be massaging in the first place! This place is a mess! Would never go back!
