Customer Service at its Best!

I went to The Good Guys to purchase my next Sprint Phone. Most Sprint users know how terrible their customer service is, so you could imagined how shocked I was when the Sprint Rep was friendly and knowledgable (and I asked MANY questions). Once I decided on a phone, he handed the sale over to a Good Guys Sales Rep, and he was friendly too! I inquired about the Sprint Rep there and found out he's hired through the Good Guys--no wonder he was unusually nice. I've usually had good service with this company, but this one at the Beverly Center is exceptional. Some regular prices not real competitive, but sales usually are.
