In Short – BCBG stands for "bon chic, bon genre," which is the French equivalent of "good style, good attitude." The high-end line conceived by Max Azria features a full collection of day and evening looks that include sequins, ruffles and asymmetrical hems. Although Azria tends to work with bright colors (pinks and reds reign supreme), the styles are varied enough to allow for a variety of urban looks.

I love BCBG clothing but the women in this particular store tend to treat you like an insect - especially if you aren't dressing the part. I see no reason to shop here if I can't be comfortable.
Nice selection, reasonable sales. I'd skip this for dresses and go to Macy's or hit the Santa Monica store. You'll spend too much money to be under the clerks' microscope!
- Pros: great selection, cool clothes
- Cons: pricey, not much parking, staff
