In Short – Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

  15. Every P.F. Chang's reasturant I have visited including the one in Las Vegas has been nothing short of pleasant, impressive, appealing, pricing reasonable, ample parking nad the service overall has been excellent.
  16. The atmosphere and the decor were great.

  77. Seeing the prices, you assume this must be the best Chinese food around.
  78. P.F. Chang's is good for drinks, but the Chinese food is very Americanized.
  79. The only thing tasty I found were the chicken in lettuce cups, which is the only thing I also thought was reasonably priced, as it is listed as an appetiser but is large enough for a meal.

Really Enjoy The Food!!

by fisherderek at Citysearch

I enjoy their food here. I don't know if it's also the same chef cooking as the one in Top Chef this season, but at least I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.

I have been to other PF Changs before and i have to say, something is wrong with this one. The service was slow and inaccurate, the food just didnt have the taste i have so come to love and enjoy either.

I recommend driving the extra 20 miles or however far you have to go in order to make it to another PF Changs.
