Sandy Awty Realtor ® Review of Friends Travel LLP. Jess is the most knowledgeable and conscientious travel agent you will ever meet. In addition, he's exceptionally well traveled. In particular, I recommend him for the most sophisticated traveler. He has arranged cruises for many of my friends.

In each case he presented an array of comparative pluses and minuses in order to help narrow down the best choice among many otherwise confusing alternatives. Go Jess! December 23, 2010

Fantastic Honeymoon and Wedding in Hawaii. We shopped around to find a travel agent that would take time to listen to what we wanted to do for our wedding and honeymoon. Jess listened and handled every detail exactly as we requested, and added value to our experience. We got married in a incredible venue, with all of our friends and family in attendance. When people found out we were getting married in Hawaii, all of a sudden everyone wanted to go with us! We kept adding people, and nothing phased Jess at all. He was really wonderful throughout the whole process. He offered several hotels in our budget, and we could not have been happier with the choice we made, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. He suggested with fly first class because he could get us a reduced fare, what at great decision that was! Great service, Great Hotel, Great airfare, Great overall value. [That is not to say cheap, but everyone felt they got a great value]. We strongly recommend Jess and Friends Travel. He was totally professional throughout the whole process.

Avoid this Guy. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with with a travel agent. Quoted one price and billed another. Inflated prices on every reservation: air, auto, hotel, entertainment. Brags that his business has been in the same location for a long time- yet there is no office. Jess Kalinowsky runs this business from a run down apartment on San Vicente in West Hollywood. If you want to meet face to face to conduct business he will insist that he meet you at a different location. Take this warning. Avoid this guy at all costs.‎

Friends Travel West Hollywood. I was search for a travel agency near the Beverly Center, 90048, and found Friends Travel and noticed they said they were open 7 days a week. I sent a email late SAT night and got a response early SUN morning! I was confirmed within a few hours and am now anxiously awaiting our trip! Friends Travel was speedy and I feel I got a great value! First Class to Australia for under $4,000. a person! WOW!!! They get "A+" for everthing they have done for us!

Friends Travel helped me on a complicated international trip for the best value I could find.. I emailed Friends Travel on a Sunday thinking I would get an answer in a few days. I was amazed that I got a response within an hour! I gave them my details for a complicated multi destination international air travel itinerary with car services and hotels in several cities and they came back to me the very next day with a incredible price! The booking agent was very helpful with securing the airline reservations, hotel reservations, and car service reservations. Since that first trip, I do not even waste my valuable time with the so called mega travel sites. I got personal service, and fast! at a great price. Now I just tell them what I want and they get it for me. I did check them against other services 2 times, and both times Friends Travel consistently had the best rates. Now I just tell them what I want, an VOILA! it appears. Finding a good travel agent is like finding a great Doctor or Dentist! When they say they are available 7 days a week, they really mean it! Since the first trip they have planned our destination wedding and incredible honeymoon. We use them for any kind of travel we need. We do not even mind paying their fee for domestic travel, because they do everything all at one time, and I do not have to waste time on the internet searching!

I strongly urge trying Friends Travel, I think their many years in the travel business shows!
