I was search for a travel agency near the Beverly Center, 90048, and found Friends Travel and noticed they said they were open 7 days a week. I sent a email late SAT night and got a response early SUN morning! I was confirmed within a few hours and am now anxiously awaiting our trip! Friends Travel was speedy and I feel I got a great value! First Class to Australia for under $4,000. a person! WOW!!! They get "A+" for everthing they have done for us!

Friends Travel helped me on a complicated international trip for the best value I could find.

I emailed Friends Travel on a Sunday thinking I would get an answer in a few days. I was amazed that I got a response within an hour! I gave them my details for a complicated multi destination international air travel itinerary with car services and hotels in several cities and they came back to me the very next day with a incredible price! The booking agent was very helpful with securing the airline reservations, hotel reservations, and car service reservations. Since that first trip, I do not even waste my valuable time with the so called mega travel sites. I got personal service, and fast! at a great price. Now I just tell them what I want and they get it for me. I did check them against other services 2 times, and both times Friends Travel consistently had the best rates. Now I just tell them what I want, an VOILA! it appears. Finding a good travel agent is like finding a great Doctor or Dentist! When they say they are available 7 days a week, they really mean it! Since the first trip they have planned our destination wedding and incredible honeymoon. We use them for any kind of travel we need. We do not even mind paying their fee for domestic travel, because they do everything all at one time, and I do not have to waste time on the internet searching!

I strongly urge trying Friends Travel, I think their many years in the travel business shows!

• Cons: Have not had one bad experience with them at all.
