Do NOT buy from Pampa! they LIE to you about their furniture and have the worst customer service EVER! EVERY SINGLE one of their locations practices their extremely UNETHICAL way of business. don't be surprised if you make the horrendous mistake of buying something from them and they close up shop a few months later. that's how they get their business because they scam people out of their money and when you call the location or corporate office to complain, they just tell you that they can't do anything about it. your money is as good as wasted on anything they try to sell you. DO NOT BUY FROM PAMPA!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

THE WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER. I have never had a worse experience dealing with a merchant as I did dealing with Pampa. They are crooks, liars, unethical and plain rude. I buy a couch and provide them with a fabric sample. They say no problem and it will be done in 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks later, I call them (having heard nothing) and they say there's a problem, they can't get the fabric as easy as they thought and would need an additional $1400 from me. Not worry they said, we'll only charge you $900. WHAT A SCAM! Refusing to listen to reason that I've already bought the couch and they agreed to specific terms, they tried to assuage me by trying to sell my on other fabrics. I said no. They told me to go get my own fabric and bring it to them. When I told them how impractical that is (I'm not a furniture store), they brushed me off. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that's impossible and a manager would call me at their convenience. Days later they called and tried to sell me on other fabrics. When I said I wasn't interested, they accused me of being unhelpful and not working with them. I told them I know a consumer advocate who I was going to speak to, the manager then yelled at me, threatened me and hung up on me. I got my money back but am making it my mission to notify anyone who will listen that this store is THE WORST. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

GOT THE BED OK. My wife and I ordered a bed from Pampa 2 weeks ago. We weren't allowed to buy the store model, which was odd, but we got a discount on the one we ordered. Having read the bad reviews, I was worried but the bed was ready in two weeks as promised and it was well-made for an inexpensive bed, with no defects or damage. The woman who helped us was great _ attentive, kind and willing to help. Not so the first store employee we spoke to. She ignored us, was shrill, and refused to let us take home a decent-sized fabric swatch. Conclusion: Don't order something if you get crappy service. If you like it, go back and find the good worker. And make sure you k now exactly what you want, how much you'll be charged and make triple-sure that they put the delivery date in writing. Consistency isn't their big suit but we've bought two items here and haven't regretted it.

WORST PLACE TO SHOPDO NOT. I ORDERED FURNITURE FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. THEY WAIVED MY DELIVERY CHARGE BECAUSE THEY WERE 6 WEEKS LATE ON DELIVERING MY FURNITURE. THEY FINALLY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE, BUT NOT TO MY APARTMENT BUT TO MY LOBBY!!! THEY LEFT IT DOWNSTAIRS. I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY TO BRING IT UP TO MY APARTMENT BUT GIVEN THAT IT WAS LEFT IN MY LOBBY FOR SO LONG IT WAS DAMAGED, RIPPED AND WORTHLESS. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. THE OWNER MIKE IS AN ANIMAL.

I Love Pampa!!!!. I had a great experience at Pampa Furniture!! I bought my very first sectional couch here. It came in a timely manner. It is amazing, stylish, and comfortable!! I love that you can customize everything in the store. I think the staff here are friendly and helpful, especially Jamie!! She was very knowledgeable of all the fabrics and designs. I will definitely shop here again & recommend it to all of my friends!! Thanks Pampa!!

BIGGEST FRAUD! AMAZING THEY HAVEN'T BEEN SHUT DOWN YET!. We paid for a bed and nightstand in full 3 months ago and we still haven't received them! At the time of purchase, I had them print: "MUST BE READY NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS FROM TODAY" on the receipt, but it accomplished nothing. After frequent calls to "customer service" (what a joke) I was continually told things like, "It's being sanded." or "It will be ready next week." LIES! I was also told the manager's and owner's names were confidential. Probably because there's a price on their heads! I disputed it with my credit card as "non receipt of merchandise" and Pampa replied to my credit card company saying that my furniture was ready 5 days after my purchase. LIARS! So the charge is still on my credit card and I've been told that this can go on for a year and Pampa will probably win. They are protected because they don't refund money no matter what. It's store credit only, which works out great for them because they get their money and you get NOTHING. It's been 3 months and I'm sleeping on the floor. Stay out of Pampa and warn everyone you know.

If I could choose no stars I would.. This is the worst furniture store I can possibly imagine. We purchased a desk and we were told that it would take 2 weeks to deliver the desk. Two weeks come and go and then we are told 4 more weeks. Then we are told they don't know when it is going to come in, maybe months and months from now. Their customer service is horrible and they rarely return phone calls or answer the phone. They also say they are having a 50% off sale but you can find the same furniture elsewhere for the same price as you would find it there for 50% off. The sales people are rude and unhelpful. They also change prices. It will be marked one price and when you go to purchase it they raise the price, saying that it was marked incorrectly. I would NOT advise shopping here.

worst furniture business in LA. BEWARE!. The reviews below say it all. They LIE about turnaround time (told us 3 weeks, took 3 MONTHS). They have maybe the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Managers and sales team do not return phone calls. They couldn't care less if you are displeased.

If you bought from here and had the same bad experience... complain to the B (dot) B (dot) B. Maybe then they will start practicing ethical business.

Horrible customer Service, Rude, Insulting Owner, Don't deserve any business. We have used Pampa for Staging homes that we sell or rent. After several experiences, we will never use them again. Dolores the owner is extremely rude. Be careful of the contracts you sign. If you want a home staged for 3 months and only use 1 she will charge you for the entire amount. They also don't seem to care about the properties they furnish. They damage interior and exterior walls throughout the homes the furnish. They don't seem to care about the places they furnish. They are greedy and only care about getting the money first, after that its horrible customer service. We would never recommend them to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DISHONEST, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, DO NOT BUY AT PAMPA. ? Consulted with salesperson for new couch 2/07 ? Promised couch completion and deliver in 3-4 weeks 2/07 ? Paid extra $$$ for down option, paid 50% 2/07 ? Told 4 weeks later, down option will not work with fabric selected 4/07 ? Fabric changed to leather upon recommendation 4/07 ? Leather extra upsell charge of $1800, paid 50% 4/07 ? 4 weeks later, no couch 5/07 ? Called customer service, no record of my invoice 5/07 ? Start calling store, customer service numerous times, no resolution, told not to call store. 5/07 ? Told salesperson / designer is no longer an employee and they seek to put all blame on this, no accountability. Asked for owner, told owner does not talk to customers 5/7/07. Unbelievable. 5/07 ? Asked for owner, told owner does not talk to customers 5/7/07. Unbelievable. ? Delivery promised for 5/14 ? No delivery ? Multiple attempts to confirm schedule with store and customer service 5/7 ? 5/14, no consistent answers, no access to owner. ? Delivery scheduled for 5/25, no delivery ? Final payment of $2200+ made 5/29 ? Delivery promised 5/29, no delivery ? Delivery 5/30. Product not correct, cushions not tufted as ordered, paid for, another week delay, couch looks "LUMPY" and made with terrible craftsmenship. ? Called again, asked for owner, no access 5/30 ? Product looks terrible, no design consistency. ? Asked for a full refund, take couch back, told no. ? Asked for a partial refund, take couch back, told no. ? Order to delivery took 16 weeks, not 4, product is terrible, no restitution ? Invested over $5,500. No one managed the process or has taken accountability. ? Negligent consulting. Terrible service, late delivery, terrible product aesthetic, manufacturing defects. ? Now fighting legally
