if you want fresh, geat tasting sushi, then go to sushi mon in santa monica or beverly hills! i love the large sushi portions and fresh tasting! great service and the owners are so cool!

I've been going to Sushi Mon for 10 years and even though I "cheat" on it once in a while, just thinking I have to mix it up and try new places, I always end up back at the sushi bar, wondering why I don't just go there exclusively. The prices are great, the staff are so nice and the quality of the fish is heavenly. The selection is great and its just plain delicious. All the expensive, fad places "of the moment" can do their thing, but people who like standard, delicious sushi should take note of this great place.
