Worst Service Ever. First of all when i the waitress was taking my order and i asked her to repeat to me what she wrote down to make sure she got the order right, she acted like I was making her life difficult. Next the order came like 30 minutes later one at a time. And at the end one part of my order didn't even make it. I ask her where it was and she told me i should have told her before when she was at my table that a part of my order was missing and said that there is nothing she could do. Something she could do is get my freaking order right. It's ridiculous, if I could I would give a zero stars out of 5. Never going there again.

This Place has Lost It. I travel to LA for work regularly, and often stay at the Beverley Laurel, so it's very convenient. In the past I'd always found the food to be good and the service okay, but this week it was pretty bad.

The staff are cool to the point of verging on surly, and the food is not as good as it used to be. Pity, as I used to really like this place.

Half a block along Beverley is House Cafe, and while the decor is pretty bland, the service and food are brillliant.

Rude customer service. I've been to Swingers on 2 seperate occasions and both times the customer service. The waiter was too busy forgot part of our order.

like a trusty old friend, who stays up late. Swingers is like that old trusty friend who you don't see that often, but they will come get you from the airport in a pinch.

If I'm with a mixed group of veggies and non veggies and/or if it's after 10 pm my mental rolodex defaults to Swingers. It's not mind blowing food, but it's exactly what you want from a diner- tasty comfort food that's consistent and reasonably priced.

I usually get one of 2 things here: the vegan cobb or the soyrizo scramble. Both hit the spot every time. When I am a famished I get the vegan sloppy joe- soooo soooo good, get it with the wheat bun and add avocado.

They also have vegan chocolate shakes and yummy fries for when you're feeling naughty.

Delicious!. I absolutely love this restaurant. It satisfies any hunger you may have...whatever you are craving at what ever time of the day. You may have the urge to eat a PBJ sandwich or a large matzo ball soup, Swingers has it readiyl available. The service is fast & friendly, although sometimes late night it can be quite a line. The staff is always friendly and attentive to its customers. The restaurant has very reasonbale prices, again at any time of the day. It's also great because it is open for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You know it will never ever let you down. Highly recommend it !!!

THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!. The service in this restaurant has declined to the point where it is worst than a fast food drive thru. I have had breakfast at this restaurant 3x in a two month span. Each time it has taken them a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to take a drink order. Once you order your drinks you have to wait at least 10 more minutes to receive them. And then you can count on your food order arriving completely WRONG! I complained to the manager and he got a twitch in his face and took it completely personally and half heartedly offered to re-order it. WE WALKED OUT. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGER, TERRIBLY RUN RESTAURANT, NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Go to Jinky's on 2nd street, they know how to treat a customer and get your order correct every time.

My go to place!. Swingers is pretty much my (and most of my friends) default eatery in L.A. Great food, great music, great staff and great service! What isn't to love?

mean waitresses can ruin what could otherwise be a decent restaurant. The waitress was rude. The food was OK, but, overpriced for what it is.

The busboys were good. I enjoyed sitting in a booth. The jukebox music was way too loud. We had to yell to hear each other. Swingers is not a good place for conversation and the treatment from the waitress, who seems to be unaware that she is working for us, was deplorable. As someone who worked in the food industry, both the front of the house and the back of the house, I have a recommendation for the management- fire the mean waitresses.

Good food always and good service. Good food at this place. Highly recommend the BURST OF BLUE smoothie. Good service. Not pretentious at all.

Great food, cool atmosphere, mostly good service, but one waiter is really awful. I've eaten there on several occasions, and had great service and great food. Recently, I had the unfortunate circumstance to be waited on by a young man who couldn't care less about any of the diners he was serving. Not only did my five friends and I all have something to complain about with this waiter, the table next to us were shocked as well. The bus boys were doing all of the work, and when our waiter came around (only once) to check on us, we had already been taken care of by the bus boys. I wanted to tip the bus boys but couldn't do that without tipping the lousy waiter. I served drinks and food in LA since 1990 and tip really well, since I lived off tips for many, many years, but this was one of those rare circumstances where I actually brought something up with the owner/manager, and he was even rude with me. If you go there, only get waited on by anyone who's not a young, thin man who likes to flirt with other men. Wish I knew his name. It's too bad one lousy server and a encounter with an angry manager/owner can ruin a fun place to go after a movie. I wasn't going to go there ever again, until I met another manager and a waitress who work there, who were really cool. I told them about what happened, and lo and behold.... they actually knew who the waiter was, just from my description! Seems like the angry manager/owner really loves the guy that we had a problem with. Not only was his service bad, one of my friend ordered a shake, and tasted it. It was the wrong flavor, so the waiter took it back, but the other table ordered a shake too, so the waiter just took the shake to the other table without making a new one! EWWWW..... If the waiter had even cared to pause long enough from flirting with other men, we would have told him that our friend tasted it and that it should be dumped!
