Awesome customer service.. I went to this shop looking to buy a bike for commuting. As soon as I entered the front door I was greeted by a young male employee who was very friendly and a female who was sitting behind the counter who shared a friendly smile.

While looking at bikes, the employee seem to have quite a bit of knowledge in bikes and allowed me to test ride a couple of them.

I didn't end up buying here as I thought the prices were a little high for my budget however, I am not to familiar with the pricing of bikes now a day so they may have been fair.

The customer service was beyond what I expected and it's too bad I didn't find what I was looking for.

Jaime was amazing and the service was outstanding!. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I had been to 6 different bike shops looking for a new hybrid/comfort bike and I. Martin was my last stop. I called first to ask if they had the Giant Cypress ST in stock and Jaime answered my call and was very patient, helpful and friendly. I made arrangements to come in during the week, but then decided to just roll by the shop since it was Saturday.

I met Jaime and he answered my questions, showed me some bikes and I test rode 4 of them. I had to wait until Tuesday for them to order another model I wanted to try out. The store was clean and bright, and all the employees were friendly and really willing to help and explain things.

I went back and test rode 3 more bikes before deciding to stick to my original choice, the Cypress ST. But they were out of stock! Jaime quickly ordered me a new one and I came in before the bike got there so I could get all my accessories: baskets, saddlebag, lock, etc. He printed a quote for me and I just had to come back when the bike came in.

3 days later I went back to the store to pick up my bike, pay for my purchase and take her home! Jaime made sure I had everything I needed and suggested things I might need...but it wasn't sales pitchy. He got me set up with everything I would need and even gave me a discount on the total because I purchased everything all together!

As if that wasn't enough, Jaime dropped my bike off to my apt for me since my car is too small to fit the bike. And it was free of charge!

The customer service here is exemplary. They know their bikes, they'll get you what you want, they'll show you what you need and they'll do it all with a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Anytime I need anything for my bike, I'm coming back here! Thank you I. Martin! Thank you Jaime!
