NOT RELIABLE - NEVER GOT THE BALLOONS THAT WE PAID FOR!. I ordered and paid for balloons to be deivered . They assured me that they would be delivered prior to 1pm ... At 2pm, they were still not here and when I asked them about the status, they said that they could not find the address and ended up delivering the balloons to the wrong address ... (mind you they never called for assistance!!!!) They did not offer to redeliver or anything! Did not get a single apology ... we will see if they will bother to reimburse my credit card for the $140+ charge!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! !

15 years of positive experiences. We at Temple Beth Zion have many types of affairs, weddings, bar/bah mitzvahs, luncheons, dinners, etc. We have been using Balloon Lagoon for over 15 years and have always found them to be fast, friendly and courteous. If all businesses had the quality of employees they have you'd only have compliments and never complaints. Their arrangements are incredible, imaginative and spectacular. The quality is far and beyond what you find at other balloon stores. This is why we started using them years ago. They not only do formal, fancy bouquets but political conventions, TV shows, work for stars, do arches and columns and any where you or their imagination can take you. They change the ordinary into a magical and phenomenal experience. Their balloons are not only for children but for adults as well. They carry an incredible inventory of not only mylars of all types but designs that they create themselves that are out of this world. If you don't believe us check their website at balloonlagoon. City Search does not show their current address in Beverly Hills (345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly HIlls, CA 90211). Their new phone # is 310-855-9500 though their old number is still working. We recommend them highly, otherwise we wouldn't be using them. We know you'll experience the same quality of service and attention to detail that we have.

Honesty & Elegance. I've experienced the proprietors of Balloon Lagoon to be gentle, honest people. Their work is requested by politicians, local government, churches, Hollywood stars and others who require excellence.

worst customer service. I asked them the price of a centerpiece over the phone and when I went there, the price totally changed. They are very unprofessional and rude. I went to a different company and the price was half of theirs and the coustomer service was way better. Do not waste your time, it seems they don't need or care for new customers.
