Optical Boutique had some great service with an awesome funny doctor making the whole experience just so much better. It wasn't boring and scary sitting in that doctors chair. I felt a lot more comfortable this time because the doctor was telling me some funny jokes and stories. I also got a lot of help picking out glasses from the really nice staff who knew exactly what frame would work with my face and make me look good and not awkward. I will be returning to Optical Boutique all the time.

Optical Boutique had some amazing service! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. There were a lot of glasses so i had plenty of options. I found some beautiful Ray Bans with the help of a staff member and fell in love instantly. I love my new glasses and will be a returning customer for sure!

Great service, fantastic selection. I heard about Optical Boutiqe from a friend and decided to check them out recently. It was great!! I had two staff members assist me with my selection with no sales pressure. They have a wide variety of beautiful frames and were very patient when I tried most of the them on! Prices were very competitve and the service was superb. I will be a return customer.

Bricks and Mortar for Internet Prices. I just wasn't comfortable getting my contacts and glasses online, cheaper or not. But not too far from work I found this place and their prices were pretty competitive, especially with regard to contacts.

I had already gotten my eye exam, so they called and got it faxed over, ordered my contacts (same price as online), and were very patient as I tried pretty much every frame in the store. I wouldn't be able to do that online. And I didn't want to spend all that time and then still have to wait while I went back to my office and searched for the frames online, etc.

They gave me a prettty good deal and explained in detail all different coatings, etc. I have bad eyes and really need a little hand-holding, they were pretty patient. :-) Anna sometimes talks like she's short tempered, but it never went beyond that, I think it's just her ESL thing and that she's been doing this for 100 years.

Overall, very happy and recently had to go back and update my prescription.

Optical Boutique. I have been using Optical Boutique for many, many years and have never received anything less than professional, friendly and courteous service from Anna. She has gone out of her way to be helpful and has always made sure that my prescriptions were filled properly and quickly. Thank you, Anna!!

Great place for all your eye care needs. I love this store, I feel like I'm in a boutique in Paris or Italy. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of what styles look good on me. The selection was outstanding. All the high end brands are here in current styles. I got an exam ,a fantastic frame for a super low price and got it in just a few days. I highly recommend this optical store. They are awsome.

Rude Unprofessional. I purchased $600 eye glasses here. Subequently, I took them to another location to get them fixed and I was informed that the quality of the lenses was poor. I called to get my prescription so that I could get them repaired and I was told by "Anna" that she would not provide it to me. The next day I called and a gentleman faxed it. This place is rude, unprofessional and before I wrote this I called Anna again and I was met with her rude tone again. Hence, I took the time to write this.
