SHE BANGS, SHE BANGS!. No, not talking about Ricky Martin here. RACHEL RODRIGUEZ is the "go-to-girl" to get your hair cut, especially for your bangs! I have jumped around quite a lot this year to find someone who actually LISTENS and knows what she/he is doing when it comes to cutting bangs. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. Rachel rocks! As a new resident to the LA area, I had to hunt around to find a place that could cut short hair well. Went through several places, It's amazing how many people don't have experience in
cutting short hair and to top it off most people want to use a round brush on short hair when there finished. Makes you look about 20 years older.... To all stylist out there put the brush down!!!!
