Aside from the blonde hardwood floors and oversized mirrors, just about everything in this sunny space is washed in white, from the front desk and sheer curtains to the walls, chairs and shelves. Owned by its namesake--a native New Yorker and former Elizabeth Arden stylist--the salon has several stylists that focus on different specialties including highlighting, coloring, hair extensions and conditioning treatments.

Best Hair Style of My Life

I went out on a limb and tried Lauren's Salon based on the reviews here and the fact they are participating in salon week. I loved it! They are extremely friendly, and all really know their stuff. Mary did an absolute fantastic job on my hair. After consulting with her, we dyed my hair a dark brown and changed the cut. It looks amazing. This is easily the best it has ever looked.

- Cons: parking can be somewhat difficult at times

I am new to LA and have been so nervous to find a good stylist that I can trust and afford. Michelle is the most fun and professional stylist I have ever been to. You can tell she knows what she is doing because she always tells me what she is going to do and why, before she does it. I get stopped almost everyday because of my new cut and color. I am sooo happy i found her! Thank you Michelle!!!!!!!

I booked Berri after reading the glorious reviews on here about her art with hair extensions...I have been getting them for my damaged hair for a couple years now. Great location, very affordable prices and expert people. Also, Lauren the owner is as sweet as can be!
