This Place is Awful

God, I wish I had read these reviews before going! I usually go to Santa Palma Car Wash on Santa Monica, but was lazy today so I came to this place.

When I arrived I saw they had an onsite shoe repair, called Mario's. I was glad to see it, because I needed a pair of black patent leather Stuart Weitzman heels polished and the rubber on the bottom of the heel replaced.

After my car was finished, I went to retreive my shoes. (the car actually looked ok, but not as good as it does at Santa Palma) My shoes were covered in what looked like grease. I told the guy, and he naturally told me I was wrong and that I needed to go look at them in the sunlight. Then I noticed the rubber sole was loose on the end of the stiletto where he replaced it. He told me that was normal. Then he charged me $15 instead of the $7 he originally quoted me. I was dumb enough to pay him. Then I took my shoes into the sunlight to see better, and realized they were totally messed up. I was furious, and demanded my money back. The guy told me I was crazy etc, and this argument ensued for awhile.

Finally I left and took the shoes to my regular place Pascale, on San Vicente & Hauser (They are the best!), and they told me that the idiot at Majestic used the wrong polish on my shoes and may have ruined them!!!!!!!!!!!! The kind people at Pascale are trying to salvage my $400 heels, but if they are ruined. You better believe I am going back and raising hell at Mario's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OBVIOUS SCAM, Look AT THE OTHER REVIEWS!

These guys obviously somehow managed to put a white streak on my car, When i even mentioned the possibility that it happened there the manager and his freind both got extremely defensive, saying there wasnt even anything white there, I then pointed at all the white poles pretty much everywhere and started to take pictures for insurance, The whole staff grouped together for a picture ALL FLIPPING ME OFF.

Not to mention i told him it needed to be done in 45 minutes and it took over 1 hour :20 minutes.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THIS OBVIOUSLY ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED,

STAY AWAY

Dreadful Service!!!

Worst customer service ever. I had an issue with my car being slightly dented/scratched while I was there, and not only was the on-site manager a completely unhelpful and uninterested, he actually insulted me when I got frustrated with his lack of response to my complaint: "Go home and take your medication." Hel-lo, what happened to the customer is always right? Or at least, don't actively try to insult the customer? When I tried to get in touch with the owner, I was repeatedly told he "doesn't talk to customers." Whatever, it's only a car wash, but I won't ever be back there again.
