It truly is a great place to work out.. My introduction to Body Maxx was a gift certificate of 10 sessions with a trainer to help me get back in shape after having my baby. That baby is now 8 years old and I've LOVED going to Body Maxx ever since. When my 10 sessions were all used up, I realized that I did not want to return to my old gym. I had found a place where my body had made a healthy and noticeable transformation and surroundings that made working out something I actually ' wanted ' to do and not dread.

As I mentioned before, I have been going to Body Maxx for 8 years, and it truly is a great place to work out. I have had the great privilege to have Boba as my trainer. She works you out hard, but she takes the time to see that you do everything safely and correctly and she really pays attention to what your individual needs are. I'm always amazed at how quickly our sessions go and yet so much went into them and I feel like I accomplished something when they are over. ALL the trainers at Body Maxx are professional and top notch.

The gym itself has a great feel to it. It's bright and airy and clean and everyone is very friendly and yet respectful of your space. It's never too crowded, so I always am able to work out on whatever machine I want to that day. Parking has never been an issue. I just pull in, park my car, easily walk in and work out and am on my way again an hour later. It's in a perfect location with many healthy restaurants and shops around.

I feel very fortunate to have found Body Maxx. I lost my weight and got really strong and healthy working out there. If you're tired of the big, noisy and impersonal gyms and you're looking for a place that's a little smaller where you can get a great work out in a supportive atmosphere and leave with a smile on your face - then check out Body Maxx. Working out may be hard, but being at Body Maxx makes it more pleasurable.

Worked for me, worked for my family. I tried everything I could think of to lose a substantial amount of weight, and nothing worked for me until I started training with Boba from Body Maxx. I'm not trying to say that everything else is a lost

cause, and this is the only place that works. Not at all. Finding

what works for you can be a very difficult, draining, discouraging

process, but when you finally do, it's such an amazing feeling. Body

Maxx worked for me, and I've since brought my entire family (two

daughters ages 21, 28 and one son age 25...my wife will be starting

this year after I'm through talking to her!) and they all had success

there. To each his own, but it never hurts to try for yourself, and I

really urge anyone who's looking to lose weight or get in shape to

stop by and check it out. Really made a huge difference in my life.

Like Floss for the Brain. Exercise is like dental floss for the brain. It's not easy (especially at first) and in the beginning, it can be downright painful and depressing. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just trying to be supportive, but isn't being totally honest!

That said, it's still essential for you, no matter what age you are

and what your life situation is. Exercise can only improve your life!

And if you're going to take the journey, you might as well work with

the best tools.

Body Maxx is a small gym, but it has what much larger gyms often lack-

it's relaxing, never too crowded, and has a very friendly vibe that

makes you happy to be there working out. I've worked with Boba, the

owner, for several years now, and I'll give her the best compliment I

can possibly give- she's worth what she charges. I can't say that

about many things in life (who can?) but when you find something that

delivers what they promise, it's exciting.

Parking is convenient, the location is good (right next to a couple

sushi restaurants and near some big malls!) and you will get in shape.

REPEAT, YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE!

And as painful as it is in the beginning, it's one of the greatest

feelings in the world. Highly recommended!

The BEST gym! (no exaggeration!). I don't know about you, but I've never been the kind of person that wakes up in the morning and just can't wait to jump out of bed and rush over to the gym to "get fit". When I did manage to drag myself to the gym, I found another battle that often deterred me - machines that didn't work, were dirty or unavailable. Trainers that were too busy being "cool" to care that my form was poor, or who were incompetent and didn't know that my form was poor. Clients (and sometimes staff) who were more interested in checking people out than working out. It's hard enough to get to the gym without adding all of these factors to it.

Body Maxx is on a completely different level! It's amazing! Who would have thought that there was a place where people genuinely care about your health and fitness. The equipment there is state of the art, clean AND available. The trainers are friendly and are experts at the top of their field. The clients are supportive and just frickin awesome people! It really makes you feel like you're part of a community rather than just another schlub paying your membership dues where no one cares if you come or not. I'm more inspired and motivated about my health and fitness than I've ever been and I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm so grateful that I discovered this place!!

Run, don't walk, to this gym. Body Maxx and Boba, owner/trainer, and her healthy concepts have been a part of our lives for over 20 years now. She hand picks the trainers which is why she has a loyal cadre of them, some there over 20 years as well.

The trainers actually develop personalized workouts taking into consideration personal wishes and limitations. It's not about you living up to the trainer's expectations; rather, it's about the trainer helping you live up to your own expectations. You don't turn your body over to them - they help you take control of your own body.

The gym clientele is a fascinating mix of professionals - younger and older - and even though your appointment may be only an hour, plan on two because of the interesting discussions always happening at the gym
