What People Are Saying About PJ London

Featured Review

In Short – Located in the heart of Brentwood, this utilitarian resale shop showcases a diverse selection of clothes for both the discerning fashionista and the bargain hunter. Seriously sexy Versace coats share the racks with tailored Lanvin suits and classic Chanel tweeds. Rounding out the mix are Banana Republic skirts and Juicy pullovers. There's also a treasure trove of accessories, from spiky Jimmy Choo stilettos to gently worn leather bags.

Editor's Tips

Save Money:
Don't miss the sale rack in the back for even lower prices on designer duds.
Look Good:
Finding the shop by its address is a little confusing--just know that it's one building west of the bank.
Know Before You Go:
The dressing room doesn't offer a ton of privacy, so be prepared to get friendly with fellow shoppers.

not a right place to shop

by Birdcage

I was looking for the place to sell my designer clothing, shoes and bags. The service I received was horrific. I never got paid in time, I didn’t get back all of unsold items and nobody helped me to find my own clothing in order to remove it from this terrible place. The owner Phyllis is rude and has unprofessional business practices. She actually hung up on me few times then I was trying to resolve the issue of not returned items.

The staff is taking after the owner, extremely rude and unprofessional. One who works during a week actually suggested me to die. I was speechless and very upset.

Do not shop and do not buy there. What an awful place.

Unprofessional & Poorly Managed

by Karen Weber

PJ London ruined and damaged my designer pantsuits and lied about it. The pants lining was ripped and destroyed with a gold button missing. Other items were never paid for and honored. The owner Phyllis is rude, gruff and has unprofessional business practices. She lied about her contractual agreement and never honored her contract. The staff never helped me or assisted me with removing my own clothing from this awful establishment.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Horrible Store

by ssaram

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a scam. I took so many of my name brand clothing, shoes, and bags....and NEVER got paid. Every time I walked in to see if my clothing was sold and ask for my money, they always told me that the owner takes care of that. The owner never showed her face, and when the 3 month agreement was over, my clothes, shoes, bags were gone and I NEVER received any money.

Great Vintage Shopping in Brentwood

by juliebear

This is my go to place when I'm looking for a special vintage coat or piece of jewelry. Everything here is clean and top quality - no fixer-upper pieces (with stains or yellowing) that you sometimes come across in upscale vintage stores. My closet now has the perfect, flattering black velvet jacket, a Burberry opera coat, Marni wedges, various brooches and a pretty blue silk printed halter dress - pieces that I'll wear for the rest of my life. And that was just from my last shopping visit. The prices are reasonable and lovely women run the store as well. Go and enjoy - leave yourself enough time to try things on. You'll be there for hours.

  • Pros: Quality, Well Edited Selection, Reasonable Priced

Treasure hunt!

by yogachik

I can spend hours in this store, myself. Each item is in perfect condition, totally unique, and something I keep for years. Everything I buy here, I treasure - to own designer clothing, for these prices, it's amazing. I've bought Marc Jacobs, Blahniks, Prada, Missoni, Chaiken, Dries, Marni, Gucci - you'd think I was made of money, with my wardrobe. And it's all current, which is what always amazes me...

  • Pros: Easy parking, as long as it's not lunch hour. New clothes every single day.
  • Cons: No returns. Ever.
