what a terrible customer relationship

the drivers are working with commissions, so they ll leave items that you don't even request, or selling items on the spot. once you find out there are many hidden charges (goes to drivers pocket), the area manager will come to you with attitude. They are not proffessionaly trainned as position thet so called manager of customer relationship. they will threat you by saying either continue the service or law suit.
