It's a miracle if they pick up the phone. The phone rings at least 4 minutes before someone picks up. Not good business at all.

Ever since the recession this place has about half as many people working there as there should be. You have to wait a half hour to be able to buy anything. It is almost as bad as home depot. If you decide to come here to buy a camera, the person to talk to is Geoff from the camera department. He is very honest and doesn't waste time talking you into something you don't need.

Never answers the phone for customer service. On Jan. 28, 2007, I called starting at 10am (supposed delivery time: 8-10am) and was not able to reach ANYONE until the end of the day. To keep a competitive place in the electronic market, Best Buy definitely needs to revise their customer service. Work on it more or everybody will stop going to Best Buy.
