best buy, bad customer service
No buy. Terrible service, I called to see if they had sherlock holmes movie and maybe the star wars bundle on blu-ray and nobody answered the phone. I must have called four times in one day to try and get a hold of someone from sales to check and see if they had it since their website was acting up at the time and nothing. Just disappointing.
WORST BUY. It's a miracle if they pick up the phone. The phone rings at least 4 minutes before someone picks up. Not good business at all.

bad customer service. Never answers the phone for customer service. On Jan. 28, 2007, I called starting at 10am (supposed delivery time: 8-10am) and was not able to reach ANYONE until the end of the day. To keep a competitive place in the electronic market, Best Buy definitely needs to revise their customer service. Work on it more or everybody will stop going to Best Buy.
