not authentic Chinese food. In the mood for authentic Chinese food and after reading some reviews in this site, i decided to give it a try. I ordered Spicy Dried String Beans and Hot & Sour Cabbage for taking out. When i got home and open the bag, i discovered that both of the dishes were tally out of my expectation. The sting beans were way over cooked. It looked yellowish and saggy instead of green and crispy; it did not taste good but being overly garlicky; the Hot & Sour Cabbage tasted rather sweet and oily, you could see that the cabbages were coated with heavy sweet and oily greasy. Authentic Chinese food should never been cooked this way. I don’t think I will order food from that place again unless I am starving. If you are really craving for some authentic Chinese food, it is better go to elsewhere, e.g. Monterey Park area.

Pay with CASH!. This place has great food. I've been ordering from here for four years. I would have given it more starts. However, I just figured out that they have consistently been adding on extra tip after I signed my credit card receipt. I noticed it on my last statement and went back and checked. So if you do go here/order from here PAY WITH CASH!

Cute Chinese Spot. I took my husband here for a casual dining experience & we loved it! We basically planned to go there, check out the menu, & take the food to go. The staff was great. They let us sit at a spare table while we waited for our food. For a Friday night it was fairly full but by no means packed so the service seemed smooth. Nice setting. Good for a date or small groups. Food rocked! 1st timers to return for sure!

Good Deal for Quality Chinese Grub!. This place was called Chung King, and now is Cheng Du. But the thing that has not changed is the great bargain for the amazing qualitydishes they put out, Try the Beef Noodle soup with no noodles for a carb friendly Beef Ramen style soup for about 4 bucks you have enough for 3-4 people. or the Crispy/or Soft per your pref Tangeing Flavor Chicken. My personal Favorite is the Kung Pao Chicken- No Peanuts extra spicy with the Hot Sour Soup for less then 5$, cant' beat it, and they deliver Straight into my condo building.

Go... but only for the Tangerine Chicken. I have eaten in the restaurant once, and had delivery several times. Each time, I have ordered the Tangerine Chicken (tender-- it seems healthier) and another dish. While I would HIGHLY recommend the TC, the other dishes I have tried have been AWFUL. Very oily (which is totally at odds with their claim of "healthy Chinese food"), bland, and the meat has been stringy and fatty. Its absolutely amazing that they could have one dish that is so outstanding, while the rest of the food is so sub-par.

Twice a week!!. I don't know what that guy below was talking about...the food is such a great value. I sometimes have them cater little get togethers and I always get compliments! They're so prompt and their food is delicious!!! Tangerine Chicken 'tender' is the best!! You gotta keep their number handy so when you don't feel like cooking, just take the gang there!

Bright, compact eatery puts a heart-healthy spin on Chinese favorites.. In Short
Neighborhood families seeking a low-key dinner out and thrifty students looking for a quick bite fill the red vinyl booths and give orders to the snappy waitstaff. As with many low-end Chinese restaurants, the menu is an amalgam of regional cuisines, tempered to suit the average American palate. Dishes are also modified to have lower sodium and fat for the health-conscious. Chef Tsai's chicken and the sesame beef are perennial favorites.
