FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!!

My supervisor instructed me to buy our annual gala awards online. What a disaster! The engraving was wrong, glass chipped, two awards were different than the others I had ordered and they arrived the day before the event. Had no option but to begin searching for a local awards company. Called around and the most professional (and friendliest) was the salesperson from Awards Plus in West Los Angeles.

End result: FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!! Happy supervisor, I still have a job, and the the awards were beautiful. Way to go Awards Plus!

AWESOME SERVICE!!!!

They were so helpful in everything. They made my order perfectly, and even earlier than I had asked them too. I found them to be very creative and artistic, and listened to me every step of the way. My office manager was so happy with the results. We will def go back here for everything!!!

Great Service No Hasstle No Pain

The sales people in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to fit in my budget and at the same time managed to create an absolutely stunning custom award, for a client in Honk Kong. They gave me a time frame and actually stood by it, great service. They have sent me an email with the proof so I could see how would the final result look like. Very Good thank you I will be back.

Best awards store ever!

Someone dropped the ball and it was left to me to find a place that could produce five custom awards in two days. The owner spent several hours going over options, they recreated my artwork, and came up with the most spectacular crystal awards. My supervisor was thrilled, and the recipients loved their awards.

What a treat to find talented people who really care about service. And, they are so nice!

Frustration Galore

I ordered a box from these guys. They never got it right and did not stand behind their work. They don't check the work either. The first time I went to pick up the order (and this has happened with previous work) the darn thing was obviously not straight. They agreed. My first question, was "Well, when the vender sent it to you, why didn't you take a look at it? I mean, this is being sold from your store, so why aren't you doing some kind of quality control?" This is their job!!!

They would never call as to when the box was ready. After sending it back 4 times to the vender, it still is not quite right. This last time I don't even think they did anything because it looks exactly the same. I'm never going to use these guys again. What a pain in the rear. I don't understand how they are still in business.
