Blah!. This place used to great, really loved there last auto mechanic but now I wouldn't bother going there again. Went from being great to average w/ terrible customer service!

Too many auto mechanic shops in L.A. to settle for less..

There are still honest people!. My brother has 1999 S320 Mercedes and he told me that his Air Conditioning was not working and he took it to the Mercedes Dealer and they said that it was going to cost $2,700.00 and that it needed a Condenser and other expensive parts, I found German & Italian Motors and took his car there and they checked the car thoroughly for free and fixed it for $1,000.00 and it did not even need a Condenser! Business is bad everywhere but its all a result of people who conduct business in a greedy manner! I am glad I found them!

Excellent, Caring Service. I have had my Porsche serviced 4 times here and I have always had great service. I have always been treated

fairly and they keep my automobile running in top condition. I can recommend this service center without reservation.

Great Service. I have been comng to this company for years and have always found the service top notch.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeble when it comes to my cars whether it is a 1988 BMW or 1991

Volvo 240.

He and his staff always do a great job and get the car back to me in a short period of time...

I alway take my car to them first because they are the best..

Only good things to say!. I have been a satisfied customer of German Italian Motor Car Co. for years.

I started taking my BMW to Gabriel's shop for convenience (their location was just five blocks from my residence.) On each visit, I have found nothing but fast, good, honest service and lively conversation. In every occasion I have been given a ride to my office and, whenever my car had to be kept overnight, I was provided with a rental car at no charge.

I am not one to sit down to write this kind of open-letter recommendations. However, something happened today that I'd like to share. The brakes in my car have been making some expensive sounding noises for two months now and I have been reluctant to even consider having it fixed. Today, I happened to drive by Gabriel's shop and, on a whim, stopped to say hello. Upon hearing about my breaks, Gabriel insisted on having his team look at them. They found nothing wrong with them, gave it a good clean-up and my car sounds good as new. The best part, there was no charge.

I was saddened to see then move to a different location and, even though it is no longer a convenient for me to drive to it, I still do it with gusto. Gabriel knows the value of repeat business and customers like me (four years now) know it too. For me, the best part is knowing that if I happen to drive by, I can always stop for a good spresso and that same lively conversation.

If you have an European import car that needs TLC, go see Gabriel and tell him Tito send you.

Great Service and Expertise. Gabriel did a great job diagnosing the problem with my Audi. He fixed it in exactly the amount of time and for the price he quoted. He even hooked me up with a rental car for the day so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop all day. I have not had one problem since. He took the time to explain the problem so I understood exactly what was wrong. I got WAY better service than at the dealership for a whole lot less.

Bad taste in my mouth. I wish i could give this place 0 stars. I joined Citysearch just so i could write this review. I took my car to these guy for a routine maintenance check and after i got my car back, my car computer started having all these issues, i got a notice that i still needed maintenance. And while they quoted me $150 over the phone, the maintenance ended up being $350 actually.

Exceptional Service - recommend them to everyone. The very best service, expertise and honesty. Treats all clients with honesty and respect. German Motor Cars is the place to go for experts in the field and the very best results. I have had two cars serviced by Gabriel (owner) and have received nothing but the finest service. If something isn't right, he makes sure it becomes right. I restored a 1978 450sl and absolutely love the car, it looks like new and drives like a dream. I recommend them all the time and everyone is also pleased with their work.

Ivy's Pizza in Hollywood. Outstanding customer service, I've never had such a great experience. Gabriel and Enzo are incredible, and their knowledge of cars highly surpasses that of any German car dealership I've encountered. Reasonable rates mixed with a friendly atmosphere, it's a no brainer, if you have to make repairs take your car here! I will never take my car to another dealer again, they have set a standard that every shop in town should follow. My Audi TT operates like a champ, Thank you very Much Gabriel and Enzo, you guys rule!

Honest and trust worthy german car body shop. You know the reviews in city search really matters! My first time experience at German Italian Motor car was just incredible! Gabriel fixed my bumper 2 days earlier than what he quoted originally, and my car looks like a brand new car:) very happy with the outcome, and great personal service! They are moving to Robertson next month, but I am pretty confident that I will bring my car to Gabriel next time I have problems with my car! Thanks much Gabriel!
