They offer a wide selection of hotels, for those of us that like to play,tables, slots. Locations include Vegas,Tahoe,Reno New Orleans, Nassau Bahamas and cruise lines. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to answer questions on how and what you play, the questions help them to place you in the hotel that will give you the best deal. They got reservations at the Hotel I wanted and I was able to check in at VIP check-in. I will use them again!
Pros: No Charge to use services
Cons: They ask a lot of questions...but it helps them service you
