Great selection of baking and cake-decorating supplies!. Gloria?s Cake and Candy Supplies was clearly born out of a passion for making and decorating sweets. We first visited the small shop on a tip from a Sur La Table employee when we couldn?t find a baseball hat cookie cutter. At Gloria?s, we found a sports-themed pack with a half-dozen shapes.

Gloria?s sells everything from bakeware and decorators? tools to baking ingredients and packaging products. Its selection of cake toppers ? made of plastic, candy, and wax ? is extensive. And, its variety of novelty cake pans ? in the shape of castles, tropical fish, and Disney characters ? is impressive. To be sure, there is no better place to purchase children?s birthday cake supplies. Gloria?s also features its own brand of fillings and hand-made sugar ornaments. Finally, it offers classes on cupcake making, cake decorating, fondent working, and figure piping, many of which are open to kids!

don't expect service. Didn't find what I was looking for. The clerk seemed bound and determined to stay on the opposite side of the store from me, so I never asked if they had the ingredient. Saw a sign up sheet for an upcoming class. The woman acted like it was a huge imposition to even acknowledge my interest in it. She then went on to discourage me from signing up.

ok supplies ... i have been there a few times. I know that i have to rely on myself since the old lady and the guy that seems to always wear black are vvery cold and unfriendly. I am almost always ignored .

Since 1971, this friendly blue-and-white house has been home to a dizzying selection of baker's tools and candy-making implements. The plethora of vibrant cake decorations is truly distracting--bright sprinkles, glittery sugars and pastel coconut compete with a library of plastic cake favors that range from naughty (nude nymphets for adult occasions) to nice (a festive gaggle of Sesame Street characters).
