The building is about 8 feet from a six lanes major blvd which bikers, rice rockets and emergency vehicles go up and down on the street all day long. With poor sound proofing, it is like living next to the freeway. Beside the street noise, the pollutions from the passing cars and auto body shop next door (you can smell the paint) are health hazardous issue. Inside the unit is clean. But the water pipes within the walls are pretty loud. On site management is good. Renewal rent increase is to the max. People moves in and out of this place constantly. That is a warning sign. There's a move out fee which they don't mention.
