cutest cut for the best price. Shelly cut my hair and she did such a great job - i brought in a picture of what i wanted and she looked at it for a few seconds and then said she knew what to do. she only glanced at it but i felt completely confident in her skills - and she definitely pulled through - i love my hair and am so excited to have found my new go-to girl(and i love the price too). thanks nuevo look!
