Won't honor their salespeople's promises

I purchased some shoes for my Mom for her birthday; and was assured by the salesperson that if my Mom didn't like them, they don't fit, or any reason, she could take them back and receive a refund.

My Mom and I were in the Baldwin Hills Mall - with the receipt. We looked through the small variety of shoes they had -- Mom didn't see anything she like.

We presented the receipt to the cashier (who turned out to be the manager). We were informed that they would not give my Mom back the cash the I spent for the shoes. Because the selection was so small, she (nor I) could find any suitable shoes.

We left VERY DISAPPOINTED with a store credit -- even though I was promised by the salesperson that my Mom could get money back. The salesperson was there - and said that she did tell me that we could get cash back.

When and if, she finds something to use the store credit, she will never go back.

Simply Beautiful Evening & Dress Shoes

This store carries some of the most beautiful shoes and matching handbags anywhere. My best friend recommended that I try this store and I was simply amazed. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I was looking for evening shoes for my elegant church suits. The store carries shoe sizes up to 13 for women in narrow, medium and wide widths. There are also beautiful men's shoes. The store also has a lay-away plan. Today, I made a payment by phone and the process was very simple.

I would recommend this store to everyone that wants a shoe that you won't see on another woman's foot.
