In Short – Byzantine parking garage layout aside, this snazzed-up shopping complex is worth the additional getting-there exertion. Century City is one of the best shopping malls in LA.

Century City Mall is not a mall that I visit often because I live in the valley however it is one of my favorite places to shop in LA. I prefer Century City to the Grove because of its modern design. The food court has restaurants that you wouldn't normally find in other malls and the stores range from Macy's and Sephora to Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co.

Pros: I never have a problem finding parking.

Great Mall

Westfield Century City is a great mall, with lots to do. Go get dinner, go shopping, then check out a movie at the HUGE multi-plex AMC theatre! I've been going to this mall for 20 years and it gets better and better each year

Pros: Lots of stores, open air, great food court, awesome theatre
Cons: Tough when it rains

Beautiful at night

The shops are nice, but majority are high end companies. Free validated parking is always a plus. I really like watching a movie there, but I rarely go considering movie tickets are ridiculous.

Overall, it's a great place to just hang out and people watch. The renovation was well worth it and it's always nicely decorated.

Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: Expensive

The Details on Westfield Century City

Parking:

Valet services are located on Santa Monica Boulevard, just under Gulfstream Restaurant. The remote you receive upon drop-off is also used to "call" for your car on the way out. Just push the button as you head down the escalators.

Know Before You Go:

The parking pay machines are ill-placed a few feet from the bottom of the escalators, so on crowded movie and nights and weekends, claustrophobes may prefer to bite the valet bullet.
