very sad experience with this store

I always feel happy with LV shopping experience. But I felt so sad with this store, I just asked for an exchange with my purchase. In other stores, they found the product was new and offered help immediately. With this store, I just called them and asked. The lady there didn't want to hear my explanation and just repeated the policy impatiently. I would suggest shopping the store located inside SAKs in Wilshire Blvd. or Beverly Center. Their services are much better

I'm a loyal fan of LV and got lots of their bags and clothes. The BH store is the BEST one to go cause the staff there is sooooo friendly and helpful. Highly recommand it!!
