I was referred to Aida Thibiant’s by a co-worker, I was looking for a great place to get a facial, I was a little nervous because my skin is very sensitive but it turned out to be the most soothing and addictive experience ever, I felt so pampered and so relaxed when I left. My skin was glowing and I got lots of compliments from people about how good my skin looked for days. I felt I got the best facial I've ever had. I will definitely return for my next facial soon.

I got 5-6 pineapple enzyme facials here to help even out my skin--and i definitely say it is not worth it!!! I spent a ton of money with nothing in return. In fact, the facialist was so aggressive that she gave me new scars on my face that I now have to wait out to get rid of. Instead of making my skin better, she made it worse. Absolutely useless--definitely do not recommend!!!

I got a gift certificate here, and thought I'd be brave and get the facial instead of a massage first. I see Brigette at Massage Therapy Center for facials every 2 weeks, so I figured I should see what else was out there. I had a facial with a well reputed facialist at Thibiant, and it wasn't half as effective or enjoyable as I am used to. I was pitched products the entire time, though I expressed that I already had a program I was very pleased with, and just wanted to enjoy my facial. It had been a mere 2 weeks since I had a peel, but she insisted I needed another one by her, so I got it, and my skin was flushed and itchy for days, and never had a glow (unless you count "red" as a glow). I will give her credit for giving me a very lengthy facial massage, since I expressed a desire to relax, though it was unfortunately peppered with suggestions of products I should buy on my way out. I'm used to my facialist actually caring what problems I want to address in my skin, and giving suggestions that truly help.

I love going to different spas, but this spa was very dissapointing. I've been recommended to go there by a friend and after reading all the Citysearch reviews I was sold!.. The dressing room was small....the only ammenity they have is a steam room...my was lady was rude and was not gentle and now I have bruises. This place is extremely outdated!!! BTW they pressure you to buy products!!!

I am a spa junkie, and I had heard good things about Thibiant. I went with a girlfriend of mine to get their papaya enzyme facial (or something similar to that name) and not only did I break out in a horrific rash that ruined my memorial day weekend, but my girlfriend's face was beet red for more than 3 days after. I called to complain and find out what was in the products... the manager was only slightly helpful. Plus the woman who did my facial was somewhat rude, asking if this was my first facial and if I was using a gift certificate to pay?! Geez, implying much? I will not be taking my business here again.

Pros: valet parking

Cons: facials leave you ichy, red and bumpy

I read about the Tahitian pedicure and decided I was due. The pedicure was amazing and Sanna was so gentle with my feet. They have a great selection of OPI and Essie polishes. I started looking at my nails and decided I wanted a manicure since my feet looked so great. We started chatting with some of the other customers and it was like you were at your best friends house. When my friend and I were walking out the door she said "I love this place because the service was excellent and everyone was so friendly."

Pros: Excellent Serivce, Good Value, Friendly Staff, Latte Machine & Cookies

Thibiant day spa is so relaxing...I get a facial every month with Georgette & my skin always glows & is never red. I also love their skincare products collagen, vitasource, & replenishing body cream are just some of my favorites. If you ever need your make-up done or even tips you have to make an appointment with Nelya...she is the best! Everyone there is so friendly & helpful....front staff always greets you with a smile..really makes you feel welcome. I highly recomend everyone visiting Thibiant Spa what ever service you have you will be satisfied.

We enjoy visiting Thibiant Spa every time. Clean, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My husband and I usually get facials with Fay and Faina and they are both absolutely fantastic. Ladies, if you are in need of a waxing, you must try Eve!!! She is amazing!!! They also have very talented makeup artist Neliya. I had her do my makeup for a party and received great deal of compliments. Great products and service!

I went to the Thibiant spa upon a friend's recommendation for a facial and got the Hydradermie one. It was thorough, relaxing and well-priced considering the products they use and the caliber of this spa. I left feeling blissed out with immediate, obvious results (i.e. my skin glowed for days afterwards). The environment is mellow in a luxurious way. The staff is friendly, professional and discreet, not pushy. As for the products, I have been using everyday since, the Tahitian Extreme Moisture Body Lotion. It is so moisturising with the scent of tiare flowers and peach oil that everyone asks what perfume I am wearing. I also cannot say enough good things about the tinted facial moisturiser- Hydratint- with spf. It is oilfree, won't break you out and gives good light coverage. I use it daily and it is hard for me to find products I can use on my face which really work. I would definitely go back for the products and for more treatments. Also, the facialist was attentive enough to note exactly where I broke out and to help me in figuring out why it could be happening. I asked her what she thought and she took her time beyond the facial itself and went over my diet, my lifestyle and my cleansing routine with me. Turns out I have a reaction to the hormones in food/soy products- who woulda thunk it?- and her help/advice was just what I needed for better skin beyond a quick fix of a facial. My skin has been improved ever since.

Elegant, clean, relaxing and friendly! I had a massage here with Juana. She's awesome! I highly recommend her. I left feeling so relaxed and wonderful. Loved it!
