MICHAELS NOW IN BRENTWOOD!! :)

I CALLED CRISTOPHE SALON LOOKING FOR MY FAVORITE STYLIST MICHAEL HAASE, WHO I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE NOT SEEN IN ALMOST A YEAR, SINCE I HAD MOVED OUT OF LOS ANGELES. BUT IM BACK NOW AND NEEDED MY HAIR DONE ASAP SEEING AS ITS THE HOLIDAYS, YA KNOW.

THEY WERE SO NICE ENOUGH TO INFORM ME THAT MICHAEL HAS OPENED HIS OWN SALON IN BRENTWOOD-WHICH IS AMAZING!! I AM SO HAPPY THAT CRISTOPHE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO PASS ALONG THAT INFORMATION-I KNOW THAT DOES NOT OFTEN HAPPEN IN THAT INDUSTRY.

MY HAIR HAD TUNRED IN TO A ROTTEN RED MESS ON TOP OF MY HEAD, AS YOU RED HEADS CAN UNDERSTAND IT IS SO HARD TO MAINTAIN A GREAT LOOKING RED WITHOUT LOOKING DULL AND BLEHH. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH MICHAEL AT HIS NEW LOCATION IN BRENTWOOD CALLED SALON PLATINUM BLACK AND HAD SUCH A FANTASTIC TIME THERE. THE PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING INSIDE AND SO EASY TO FIND AND PARK WAS 2 HOURS FREE AND I GOT MY HAIR FIXED FANTASTIC THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH WAS LIKE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT.

I AM SO PLEASED BEST HAIRDRESSER STILL. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

Love the color!

SYLVIE IS AMAZING!

I just got home from getting my first haircut with Sylvie at Cristophe Salon, and I'm THRILLED with it! I have thick, textured Asian hair and not too many hair stylists know how to cut my hair (especially in Beverly Hills)! But, Sylvie knew just what to do. She gave me beautiful long layers and side-swept bangs. She also took some weight off my hair without thinning it out too much. She's a perfectionist when it comes to getting the layers just right and I really appreciate that! And, she even reminded me to come back after a month so she can trim my bangs for free!

Aside from being an awesome hair stylist, I think she's a really good person. I bought a Buy-With-Me coupon for a haircut and blowdry that expired a couple of weeks ago and she was kind enough to honor it. It was really unexpected and such a nice surprise to run into such a good-hearted person.

Sylvie treated me with as much attention as a VIP (not someone who came in with a Buy-With-Me coupon). She took her time with me and didn't rush while she was cutting my hair. I would recommend Sylvie to everyone!!!

Fabrice is a Fabulous Hair Colorist! WOW!

I am olive complexion with naturally dark brown/ black hair.

I have always browsed through the glamour magazines wishing that I could have that honey, blonde beachy look that all of the dark haired models have. I figured those pics were pretty photoshopped because anytime I tried to have my hair lightened it always looked RED. RED does not work for me.

When I sat in Fabrice's chair I automatically felt comfortable taking the passenger's seat and let him do his thing.

He was friendly and made me feel at ease through out the whole appointment. It did not even seem to take that long.

Once he was done, I was just amazed. My hair actually had that subtle beachy look that I always dreamed of. The best part is that six weeks later it never turned RED!!! It looks even better.

Fabrice did an awesome job. Not to mention he was pretty good eye candy too.

Sabine is a true artist

Sabine is coloring (high lights and low lights) and cutting my hair since about a year. I'm finally happy with my hair! She uses the best products (no bleach!) and every time it comes out just perfect. (No one ever was able to get the high lights that close to the root, without burning the skin, and that way one doesn't see the roots growing out to fast) Also does she cut very well. She knows how to deal with fine hair. I was looking for a good hair stylist for many years, I tried out many and never was happy. I finally found my hair artist! She's a very nice lady. The ambience in the salon is also great. The glass of champagne and the cappuccino don't hurt either:) I already referred Sabine to my friend and she's very happy too.

Herve - the artist

So.... people make fun of me, but 2011 marks a full 10 years of seeing Herve & loving my hair. I guess they make fun of me, because I no longer live in LA... which means I fly to the other coast a few times a year to see him (and er, my other friends in LA....of course ;) !) His haircuts have such sophistication, grow out wonderfully, and prove that he is a three dimensional artist. If you can let go and trust him to choose a style, he knows what will flatter your face the best whether long or short. My latest haircut prompted someone who has known me for years to blurt out, "you have such a pretty face!" Yes, it *is* all about outsourcing to the beauty experts. By the time I leave the salon i have this huge grin, because i know Herve has turned 'just' me into 'gorgeous' me :)

JULIA CHOI

Cristophe Salon is not your average salon. It's not among the most expensive salons in LA, but it's definitely not cheap. It's very clean, in the heart of Beverly Hills, and you can have your choice of coffee beverage or champagne while having your hair treatment.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Julia for about 13 years now. Having thick and wavy Asian hair, Julia has been the only hair stylist who has been able to layer my hair to my liking. I also had highlights for many years and Julia is great with that as well--not orange or brassy looking. I had tried a few other places to save myself money only to go back to Julia to fix those bad cuts. Now I don't even try others. Recently I moved out of the LA area to Riverside (yuck!), but I still make the 4 hour round trip to get my hair cut every 3 months. Now that's a rave review for Julia!

I finally found an amazing hairdresser that can not only give you a beautiful haircut but shiny blonde highlights to show it off ! Her name is SEBINE. The great thing I have noticed about her work is everyone I have seen looks individually beautiful. She really analyzes your hair type and facial structure so you end up with a haircut that flatters you. When I get my haircolor and highlights done the color matches my comlexion so well I look great with or without makeup - and the color does not look faded or brassy. She also shares her beauty tips and she is really fun to talk to !
