Best Tea in Town
by CSMobileUser3 at Citysearch
I am forever in search of the best tea spots and have done tea all over London. This place is the best hands down. Service is caring as if you were in a familyS home. Love it and favorite new location
Worst Tea Experience EVER!
by HMT9025 at Citysearch
No choice in teas, sandwiches or anything. We were seated right away but were not served until 15-20 minutes later?and there were only 2 other tables (one with 6 people and the other with 2 people). The waitress/owner proceeded to take the first plate of the tier to put on our table and she dropped our grapes onto the table and the floor. She picked up the grapes from the table and put it back onto our plate but never replaced the other ones that fell on the floor. The waitress/owner was on the phone a lot and mistakenly given me milk in my tea when I requested for no milk. She picked up some stuff off the floor of the tea room (maybe some more grapes she had dropped), placed it in the Tea tray and then grabbed my new cup off the empty table by the rim. That was just gross! The lemon curd was all gone, but yet she offered it as with the Devonshire cream. She said she would bring us back some more but did not. Worst Tea experience I have EVER HAD! Would never go back and would advise others not to go there either.
- Pros: Scones were HOT!
- Cons: Very bad service, no selection, and...did I mention the bad service?
Best tea and service in Los Angeles

I highly recommend this tea spot in Beverly Hills. The best scones I have ever tasted and all the food is prepared from scratch. I held my sisters baby shower and it was truly a memorable experience. Thank You
- Pros: Scratch cooking and served with love
- Cons: Give yourself time to park
Poor Service, expensive

Treated poorly, I even wrote a letter of complaint, but they didn't care....its family owned for 20 yrs...
they should retire
- Pros: cute space
- Cons: no parking, service bad, only one high tea to choose from
Old-world British charm at a quaint Beverly Hills tearoom.

In Short
A calm oasis amid bustling traffic, this tiny spot is crammed with whimsical knickknacks like figurines and teddy bears, but the refined tradition of afternoon tea is taken seriously. Diners grab a cup of traditional English Breakfast or partake in the five-course extravaganza with pâté, finger sandwiches and scones. Tables put customers in close quarters, but the atmosphere is serenely British, with sidewalk seating available who require a puff with their tea.
