They lost $4000 (suits, dresses, all from a vacation) worth of our clothing and would not do anything to help us. We were amazing customers, pick up and drop off twice a week and they would not own up to the fact that they had our clothes somewhere, even though we had a list of very specific items that were missing. They gave us the run-around and apparently did not care about losing our business. This went on for two months with no resolution.

I brought a brand new, pretty expensive pair of jeans to have a slight stitched put in and specifically asked for it to be fixed in the one spot, making clear of it, and requested a certain color thread. Got the pants back and they had stitched an entire semi circle - ruining the pants - in navy thread. It was removable, but it created a large hole and warped the fabric. Still can't get ahold of the owner to complain.
Pros: none
Cons: bad tailoring, poor service, expensive
