VINE THEATER, SPOOKY, DIRTY FACADE

This is more impressions than a review. I live north of Hollywood Blvd.

I have been tempted to go to the Vine theater and have not because it looks scary. It is close to a adult store, makes me shiver to think what might be on the floors of this theater.

The outside is always disgustingly dirty and dark. Maybe someday I will find a brave friend to walk in with me and then I can give you a true review.

• Pros: unable to provide, never been in theater
• Cons: facade and location

When you call this number, you cant understand a word they are saying. Good luck trying to find out what movies are actually playing!

The very last of old hollywood theaters

This theater is where the famous scene in "Man in the Moon" starring Jim Carey was shot....and incidentally this was where the original Andy Kaufman "milk & cookies" thing happened.

The 2 for one cost of second run films...is always a good deal at that. This theater holds much nostalgia. The snacks are always cheap & good. They have hotdogs.....but the seats arent comfortable.

But people dont come to this theater for comfy seats but that old feeling.....you get from old hollywood theaters.

Many old dreams still kick around it.

• Cons: bad uncomfortable seats
