Worst customer service ever! Waiting for more than 2 months for 3 bracelets!!!

The worst store I have ever dealt with in my entire life- and let me tell you, I do a lot of shopping!!!

Dealt with Jennifer herself, the owner, and she provides with worst customer service ever. Always seems to be in a rush and never, ever returns calls.

This one-of-a-kind jewelry boutique keeps style mavens and starlets coming back for its beautiful baubles.

Much of the stock regularly appears on the pages of fashion mags, and the shop's namesake has a sharp eye for picking out the next hot thing. Kaufman was one of the first to carry Tarina Tarantino's line of bejeweled hair clips. And in L.A., the Me & Ro line of Eastern-inspired jewelry can only be found here and at a couple of other select stores.

THe store is overpriced, the merchandise is messy, you can hardly find someone to help you.
