Super friendly service; troubleshooting help

The guy who answered the phone was super nice (I am assuming it was NOT the manager based on the other reviews) and tried helping me find a solution to my costume problem (my toddler HAD to be ____, no one carries it, etc.).
I would totally return to this place.
- Pros: Excellent phone service
- Cons: Well, they carry a LOT, but not absolutely EVERYTHING
