Good wines selection
by Elizabeth1212
My boss wanted this French wine for a gift and wanted me to look for it for him. After searching the internet, I came across Vendome on Olympic. I called the store and the gentleman helping was so friendly and knows his wines. After couple hours, he got back to me that he has it and should be ready for pick up in couple hours. When I arrived it was nicely wrap and from the look of the store, they carried hundreds of different wines around the world. The price is fair/expensive but the service is top rated. I don’t drink wine but if I do, this would be my kind of store.
Surprisingly Amazing Deli Sandwiches
by LAreviewsforDATass
Few people know this, but Vendome serves up one of the best deli sandwiches in the city. NO JOKE. I know what you're thinking...how can a grimey-ass liquor store possibly have decent sandwiches? Trust me, I've been coming here for years. I really can't speak for whatever else is on the menu, but mark my words that you will not find another sandwich in town like Vendome's Chicken Guadalupe. The perfectly spiced grilled chicken tenders are accompanied by pico de gallo, sliced avocado and melted provolone cheese all wrapped in a lightly toasted french roll. Don't be alarmed if your sandwich is luke warm. That is the preferred temperature of this masterpiece of a sandwich. For the record, I do not work for Vendome...I am just a huge fan of theirs and will continue to be a regular forever.

Get cha' BOOM!
by DonIgneus
Oh oh, it's 12:45 and the whistle tips are going whooo whoooo! Lunch time son. Time to get my boom on at the Dome. Fresh! Relationships, I'm telling you, I love it. Beautifully situated next to Beverly Hills Aesthetics in the heart of the 90212. Whether you're looking for lunch at their historic delicatessan, a nice chianti to smell with a female, local jewish teens to give you lip, or can't quite scratch that stony itch, the Dome has got your head covered...Don't stress, just call ahead...BOOM!
Much more than the corner liquor store, this shop stocks fine tobacco products and gourmet treats to match its luxury libations.

The Scene
This is not your corner liquor store. Sure there are six-packs in the cooler and your bottom-of-the-line charcoal processed vodka, but this gem of a shop is a wine, cigar, gourmet and private reserve specialty store all rolled into one.
The Goods
The wine selection alone is worth the trip--rows upon rows of familiar and eccentric, current and vintage vinos line the walls, floors and display cases, all conveniently organized by varietal and many tagged with helpful staff descriptions. The harder stuff (everything from Jack Daniels to 90-year-old cognac) is varied and plentiful as is the cigar selection (tobacco blends and smoking paraphernalia are also available). Check out the thematic gift baskets (the martini basket comes stocked with olives and bottles of Martini and Rossi, Absolut, and DeKuyper Sour Apple), some with gourmet treats like caviar and chocolate truffles.
Eye Opening

I've truly never seen a selection like Vendome. Even though I knew the label I was getting, I spent an hour walking up and down the aisles in awe of how many wines and liquors they had. Everything from a $3600 bottle of Hennessey Cognac from the 1800s to a six pack of Bud. They also had a Boar's Head Deli, and walk-in humidor. Sandwich, smoke, and a swig. I really got more than I was looking for at Vendome
