The food from Jazz Kitchen is not for everyone, that is a given. If you are looking for corn dogs, churros, and Mickey shaped ice creams, and are in a hurry to catch the next parade, DO NOT EAT HERE! THIS IS NOT A DISNEY RESAURANT! If you would like a classy, flavorful, New Orleans style meal, with possibly some Jazz thrown in, then this place is great. I have been here multiple times, and each time the food is excellent. What is my basis for comparison? Many of the finest restaurants on the west coast, but I, contrary to some people who review here, am a patient and observant guest. The service was slow the last time I was there because they were understaffed, but I could clearly see our server trying her best, and also could see and hear another table being extremely rude, and talking **** whenever she walked away. It could have even been another reviewer on this page! Listen to me, this food is better than Catal, H.O.B., ESPN Zone, Naples, and any restaurant in Disneyland. If you want a quick, in and out dining experience, then come back in the Disney off season, or HEY, theres a take out section of the Jazz Kitchen too! If you don't mind a little wait, like me, then anytime is good, especially for the Sunday brunch. Just a reminder that it helps to make reservations. You can blame yourself if you didn't get your parking validated. How are they supposed to know where you parked? You could be a Disneyland guest, or a hotel guest, or could have walked from down the street. Take responsibility for your own mistakes, and don't try to push the blame on the innocent.

Pros: Great food, Pleasant Service, Awesome Atmosphere (except the rude table).

Cons: Can get busy, a little on the high price side, but nowhere near a rip off.

"A New Orleans classic" that's definitely still a work in progress.  See the full editorial review.
