I live about 5 hours from LA so i drive down to kitson all of the time! it's my facorite store i've been to, and i've shopped fifth avenue in new york many times as well. People seem to be saying that it's overpriced and too big of a fuss, but that's what you're going to get when you're a major hollywood boutique! the items are extrodinary and the service is not at all a problem. the hippies that say paparazzi swarming in the front is a bad thing are nuts. Don't you like to feel like a star? Kitson makes sure of that!!!

Pros: Items, Celebrety clientele, service, experience

Cons: not one!

This is the place to go for it, I suppose. Yes, it might have been a bit tacky, but I want to see what all the fuss was about when I made my recent trip to Los Angeles (this was last summer, mind you). Yes, the prices are a bit steep if you're a real "thrifter" like me, but the store has a great vibe to it, and there are plenty of big-ticket items for sale at more reasonable prices. Plus, the jewelry selection is amazing, and the Kitson brand merchandise is pretty rad, too. So if you want to maybe have a brush with a celebutante or accidentally get snapped by a pap outside the store, than make this place a must-see on your next trip to La La Land.

Pros: great selection, all the hype, good location, great staff, clean and well managed store

Cons: not a hell of a lot of parking, you might get caught in a paparazzi storm

I don't know why people are giving Kitson such bad reviews. I went there recently and I found the shop to be one of the best I have ever come across. There is a big variety of clothing there, everything from tees to dresses to the coolest jeans eva!!! I am not a celebrity and I was treated wonderfully by the shop assistants there. I picked out a cute pink dress by one of my favourite designers and one of the shop assistants told me to hang on whilst she ran out the back. She then came out with an even better pink dress, so I ended up buying both of them. She was very pleasant and helped us with everything we needed, as well as sorting through the clothes with me to find the size that I wanted. The shop is not that expensive for what you are buying, which is fabulous in fashion clothes. The shop was a little crowded when we went in, but there was plenty of room. I ended up buying a lot of different things, and then went back 3 days later to buy more clothes! I would recommend Kitson to anyone.

Pros: Everything, clothes customer service

Cons: Nothing

I think they finally fired that rude customer service guy! I called their online customer service yesterday and the guy I talked to was really nice and said he would take care of my problem. I called back a few hours later and lo and behold it was done! Hopefully this is the beginning of a new era!

Never shop online with Kitson. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and I shop a lot!! The guy who answer the phone are rude and hung up on me. They obviously don't care about the customer or ruining the name of the business they work for. Also, if you have a problem, no one at the store will help you to solve it. I will never shop at the store or online again.

While Kitson sells anything and everything trendy, from bags to jewelry to shoes to clothes, the service is not worth it. And now that celebs shop there, it's become a tourist trap. Half of the people who occupy the store are star-gazing, and the sales people aren't friendly, nor are they helpful. While they definitely have great merchandise, it's just not worth the crowded store and rude service.

Pros: Great merchandise

Cons: overpriced, understaffed, overcrowded

I bet this place used to be a great little boutique, then all the magazines kept showing us all the celebs shopping there, so now it is a tourist trap for all the girls that read the trashy magazines and want to shop where Paris shops. This place was over crowded with tourists, over priced for junk, and no one was frienfly at all. I couldn't believe how much junk there was in this store. If you want a nice trendy store, with very nice sales help, and no tourist, just head across the street to the Lisa Kline boutique.

Pros: nothing that I can think of.

Cons: everything

This is my favorite store in LA. It's big and has so many amazing clothes along with shoes and jewelry. Everyone who works here is really nice and helpful. Another plus is that celebs go here all the time.

overpriced items, rude workers and bad service. items are way overpriced. i came home and compared the prices of what i bought and what was online and i realized i paid more than what it should have been. i also asked if they had an item i was looking for and the manager rudely asked why i wanted it when they already had one similar to it and that i would be paying the same price either way. nope, he was wrong. i checked online and the one i was looking for is half the price of the one they had. workers seem to only give the best service to celebrity clients.

Pros: nice and interesting items

Cons: service, prices
