They get it done when you need it!!!

I was stuck in Aruba. I had a ticket to Brazil but no Visa to enter with. The only way I could enter Brazil was if I sent my passport back to the states and received a new visa. I had no choice. Fortunately I found International Passport & Visa. They worked with the Brazilian Consulate to get me a visa. There were no problems and the passport arrived exactly when it was suppose to. Great service!

We went into International Passport and Visa just to get a passport photo taken of our 5 month old baby girl we recently adopted. After talking to the consultant, we realized they were able to expedite the passport for us and they did that for sure! They helped us get the proper documents we needed from the adoption agency and even had our passport back a day early...24 hours instead of 48 hours. The employees are warm and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone!

It seems too good to be true, but the customer service is the best and you will get your passport as fast as promised. Friendly and Efficient Staff

International Passport & Visa is a great way to receive a passport or visa with no hassle. I basically just had to fill out one application with my information and they handled the rest. Especially if you need your passport in short notice they can get it to you within one business day. I didn't need mine within one day but it was an option that was available. I got my passport back and didn't have to go through waiting in line at the passport office. When I went to get my passport in Oregon I went to the post office waited in line and they gave me hell until I finally got out of there. I didn't get my passport because I got fed up with them. So when I moved here, I just went to International Passport and Visa and they pretty much handled me with care. I recommend them because of their friendly attitude and efficient work.

PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND THEY REALLY DO DELIVER

So on a friday afternoon, 3 days before I was scheduled to depart for europe, I discovered my passport had just expired. After cursing myself and my negligence, I called a friend whose employees travel frequently to asia. He referred me to INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT. I set an appointment for the next day, a saturday. I was grateful they would come in to help me on a weekend.

I was extremely skeptical that they would be able to have my passport ready on time, and prepared myself for a very expensive delay.

Mariam was friendly and professional, and really helped put me at ease. I was still doubtful, but resigned to my fate, whatever it was.

Lo and behold, on monday afternoon, 2 hours before airport driver pick-up, I had my passport, earlier than they had estimated. Mariam even arranged a pick-up closer to my house, as I was on a tight schedule.

I am extremely impressed with their service, very grateful that they rescued me from my oversight, relieved that the process was so easy, and a very good value considering the costs I could have incurred.

I hope never to have to use their services again, but will loudly sing their praises.

EFFICIENT, HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL

I am very delighted by my experience with the service and the people who provided it when I came to your office desperate to apply for my passport and my visa to china. Melina, the agent who helped me, was professional, efficient, reassuring, and charming, as well. I spent no more than twenty minutes with her, and in that short time she took care of everything, including the photos and all the required forms. She also followed up with me to let me know when she had the new passport ready and to give me the FedEx tracking number. Everything happened exactly as promised. I could not be more pleased with your company and your staff, and I will recommend you to everyone who might need your service.

Phenomenal

I was extremely nervous that it couldn't be done. I heard about International Passport and Visa thru a family member who said they are the best in town. And I should say yes they are. I called on a Saturday night; when you would think there would be no help available, but instead they called me within minutes, told me to come in first thing Sunday morning to take care of my situation. They did exactly what they said and I was on my flight on Monday evening. FANTASTIC JOB!!! Thanks again for the great service and professionalism.

Knowledgeable, friendly and patient

I was traveling to Brazil for a wedding not knowing that I also need to get visa. I only had 7 days when a friend told me about the visa. I went to Brazil Consulate in Los Angeles and they could not issue my visa in time for my trip. I called an old friend of mine who travels a lot and she told me to contact International Passport and Visa in Beverly Hills. I called and went to their office and they got me the visa in 5 working days through their affiliates in San Francisco. I did not want to miss the wedding of my best friend and they made it possible. I recommend using them. You will love them.

Poor customer service

I recently needed to get my visa renewed. The level of customer service was terrible and they did not even provide me with the service that I needed. I had to go somewhere else to take care of my visa as the photos that they took were the wrong size and of poor quality. I don't recommend going here at all.
