While I was a little concerned when I walked in (looked like a take-out joint and I was in the mood for sit-down service), my fears were quickly put to rest. This was quite possibly the best service I have received in any restaurant in LA. If it's your first time there, Uncle Darrow gives you samples of everything with an explanation of what it is. Their gumbo was excellent! The crawfish etouffe on special that night totally hit the spot! Definitely my new secret spot!
